The Arizona Cardinals practice squad gets a familiar face back and adds a defensive back as well.
First, the team brought back tight end Darrell Daniels after he spent a week on the active roster.
The team also brought in a cornerback in Andre Chachere.
From the team:
Chachere (6-0, 195) was with Detroit in the preseason after spending his rookie year on the Lions active roster and practice squad. He entered the league with Houston as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2018 out of San Jose State and signed with Detroit’s practice squad last November. The 23-year old Chachere was inactive for the Lions season finale last season. At San Jose State, he played in 49 games and had 122 tackles and seven interceptions.
Daniels (6-3, 246) was elevated to the Cardinals active roster on Saturday after beginning the season on Arizona’s practice squad. He spent the preseason with the Cardinals until he was released on August 31.
Welcome aboard Andre and welcome back Darrell.
