Arizona Cardinals Wednesday injury report shows the Cardinals are a bit banged up heading into Sunday

NFL: Preseason-Los Angeles Chargers at Arizona Cardinals Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

With the first injury report of the week for the Arizona Cardinals, it sure seems like the team is banged up coming out of a physical game with the Baltimore Ravens.

It could be quite interesting to watch the next couple of days, especially with some of the new names that have not been on the injury report for the first couple of weeks.

When you look at the two biggest names it is Jordan Hicks and Corey Peters that are the concerns. Peters left the game for a couple of plays and came back in, while we didn’t hear anything during the game about Hicks.

Ezekiel Turner has been on the report all season, but has been out there every Sunday, while Lamont Gaillard is still progressing, but not quite ready yet. Jonathan Bullard’s hamstring remains on the injury report as well.

Meanwhile, Cam Newton, Kawann Short and Bruce Irvin are all missing practice for the Carolina Panthers, after a Thursday Night game the week before.

Let’s hope to see everyone healthy.
