With the final injury report of the week before inactives are announced, we already know the Arizona Cardinals will be down Lamont Gaillard for the third game in a row.

Equally impactful for the Carolina Panthers will be the loss of Cam Newton…. Just kidding, obviously Newton being out is big news, but his play has been erratic with him being nicked up, so it may not be the huge benefit for the Cardinals we expect.

Let’s check out the rest of the week three injury report for the Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers.

With Jonathan Bullard and Chris Jones questionable, the Cardinals could potentially be down two important backup pieces.

However, if Zeke Turner cannot go, that could be the biggest hit, as he has been lights out on special teams.

Newton is the headliner, but Kawann Short being listed as questionable after not playing all week could be a big loss for the Panthers.

They still are down Bruce Irvin, although Brian Burns has looked really good in his stead.

I’d be shocked if Greg Olsen doesn’t play, but back injuries for a big guy his age can be tricky, so maybe have a backup tight end ready in fantasy.

While the Newton news is big, there could be other injuries that play a big part of Sunday.

Let’s hope for good health for all and an Arizona Cardinals win.
