It is the first Friday before the Arizona Cardinals embark on their debut of the Kliff Kingsbury era and things are going well, but of course it would not be the Arizona Cardinals without some late drama.
After a fairly insignificant Wednesday injury report, the Thursday report had a bit more of a concern on it.
Thursday’s injury report ahead of #DETvsAZ. Lions’ side is an estimation based on a walk-through.

For Cardinals, only addition is OL Marcus Gilbert (knee) was limited. pic.twitter.com/2NgL7py21t
Starting right tackle Marcus Gilbert was added to the injury report with a knee issue.
Gilbert has missed games with a knee issue in 2012 and 2018.
This is the biggest concern with the addition of Gilbert, could he stay healthy enough to contribute in 2019?
While he was only limited, knee issues tend to continue to be issues, especially when you are 330 pounds.
Lamont Gaillard still has not practiced this week, and while the rookie was likely to be inactive on game day, injuries are never a good thing.
Finally, Haason Reddick and Ezekiel Turner continue to be limited with a knee and hand respectively.
Let’s hope for a clean bill of health for at least the three limited players heading into Sunday.
