DeAndre Hopkins still sitting, Dre Kirkpatrick now limited on Thursday injury report

Not sure what’s going on, but I know when the injury list starts to get this long it’s never a good thing.

While we wait for any news on DeAndre Hopkins who missed a second practice this week with an ankle issue, there are a couple of more players added that are concerns.

Here is Thursday’s injury report for the Arizona Cardinals.

Joining Hopkins and Devon Kennard as did not participate was Tanner Vallejo due to an illness, and more importantly joining a laundry list of limited players was Dre Kirkpatrick with a head injury.

That means that Budda Baker and Chris Banjo will likely both be out and Kirkpatrick is now someone to watch. The Cardinals secondary is getting hit hard.

For the Panthers, Derrick Brown was back at practice as was Russell Okung. The concern for the Panthers will be Yetur Gross-Matos and and Jeremy Chinn, who has been limited, but was apparently in a red non-contact jersey today.

Let’s hope for good health for all going into and coming out of Sundays game.
