Arizona Cardinals sign former University of Arizona linebacker Reggie Gilbert to practice squad

The Arizona Cardinals have brought in another linebacker to the team, this time to the practice squad.

The team announced on Wednesday they have signed former U of A player, Reggie Gilbert.

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club today announced that the team has signed linebacker Reggie Gilbert to the practice squad.

Gilbert (6-4, 260) attended the University of Arizona after growing up in Laveen, AZ and going to Fairfax High School. He is in his fourth season after appearing in 11 games with Tennessee last year and playing 18 games with Green Bay between 2017-18. The 27-year old Gilbert has 62 tackles, 4.5 sacks, one fumble recovery and three passes defensed in his career. Gilbert entered the league with Green Bay as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2016 and spent his rookie season on the Packers practice squad. He was traded to Tennessee in 2019 and had 24 tackles and a sack with the Titans last season.
