Arizona Cardinals vs Seattle Seahawks Sunday Night Football second half open thread

NFL: Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports

Well, through two quarters the defense is definitely not up to the task, but the offense doesn’t have quite enough to keep up with the Seattle Seahawks.

After twoz the Arizona Cardinals trail the Seahawks 27-17.

The Cardinals will get the ball to start the half, but so far the Seahawks are just moving the ball at will on Sunday Night Football.

Russell Wilson is showing why he is on a historic pace, just shredding a helpless Cardinals defense, going 16/24 for 250 yards and two touchdowns in the first half. That’s right, the first half.

The Seahawks offensively are on a historic pace today, as they have 377 yards of total offense.

The Cardinals had a good opportunity to keep it close, but missed it after Budda Baker’s second interception of his career.

The offense is doing enough though, it’s just simply the lack of defensive stops that cause the Cards issues.

We’ll see if they can get a second half stop or two and convert on offense, but so far the second ranked scoring defense is not up to the task against the best offense in the NFL.
