Arizona Cardinals bring Curtis Riley back to practice squad, activate Kentrell Brice from practice squad IR

The Arizona Cardinals continue to make moves on their practice squad.

From the team:

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club today announced that the team has re-signed safety Curtis Riley to the practice squad and has restored safety Kentrell Brice to the practice squad from the practice squad injured reserve list.

Riley was released by the Cardinals yesterday and Brice was placed on practice squad injured reserve (ankle) on September 14.

Riley had an inauspicious start with the Cardinals, but he looks like the type of player who would be a nice backup to help on gameday.

Brice meanwhile was a player they liked during the training camp period who had a late injury. They liked him enough to want to keep him on their practice squad injured reserve so they could bring him back, at least for now, once healthy.

Interesting to see that both of these players are safeties.

Welcome back to Riley and glad to see you are healthy again, Kentrell.
