The Arizona Cardinals are hopefully getting more reinforcements back along the defensive line.
The team announced they have activated Rashard Lawrence from injured reserve.
From the team:
The Arizona Cardinals Football Club today announced that the team has activated defensive lineman Rashard Lawrence from the injured reserve/designated for return list.
Lawrence (6-2, 308) was originally placed on injured reserve (calf) on October 17. He played in Arizona’s first five games this season and had three tackles. Lawrence joined the Cardinals as a fourth-round selection (131st overall) in the 2020 NFL Draft out of LSU.
Lawrence will wear jersey #92.
Lawrence joins Zach Allen as really the only two players from week one that were expected to be big contributors along the defensive line.
It will be good to see Lawrence back as he will provide some stoutness at the point of attack and hopefully free up the linebackers to make plays.
Welcome back to Rashard.
