A little late, but better than never.
The Arizona Cardinals announced on Wednesday that Josh Mauro and Darrell Daniels would be coming back off the injured reserve list this week, when they get activated is a different story.
From the team:
The Arizona Cardinals Football Club today announced that the team has designated tight end Darrell Daniels (duh-RELL) and defensive lineman Josh Mauro (MORE-oh) to return from the injured reserve list.
Daniels and Mauro can begin practicing and the team can activate each player to the 53-man roster at any time during the next 21 days or at the conclusion of the three-week period.
Daniels has played in nine games this season for the Cardinals and has six catches for 83 yards and a touchdown on the season. He is clearly a blocking tight end primarily, really an H-Back.
Mauro was picked up off the practice squad from the Jacksonville Jaguars, and had one sack and five tackles in his three games with the Cardinals.
Both should be nice additions to finish off the season and hopefully make a playoff run.
