The Arizona Cardinals have had a tough finish to the 2020 NFL season, but one bright spot has been Haason Reddick.
The fourth year player out of Temple was finally given a shot to play as an edge rusher full after the injury to Chandler Jones and he has responded, especially down the stretch run.
Reddick had five sacks in the first seven games, then was blanked for the next six weeks.
Since then he had his historic five sack performance against the New York Giants, then followed it up with a sack against the Eagles and 1.5 sacks against the San Francisco 49ers.
He sits with the second most sacks in the NFL at 12.5 on the season.
Reddick’s season is already tied for tenth all-time in franchise history in sacks in a single season.
A single sack in the season finale would give Reddick the eighth most in a single season. Two sacks would give him a top five season all-time.
That is incredible to think for a player that many were read to move on from after a disappointing start to his career.
Now the question is, will he follow up his 2020 in Arizona, or somewhere else?
