The Cardinals are technically out of the playoffs, that means I am contractually obligated to take a look ahead to the 2021 NFL Draft.

Until the Arizona Cardinals win next week and are back in the playoffs, but for now we will take a look at where they sit in the draft and a couple of mock drafts.

  1. New York Jets (0-12)
  2. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-11)
  3. Cincinnati Bengals (2-9-1)
  4. Los Angeles Chargers (3-9)
  5. Dallas Cowboys (3-8)
  6. Philadelphia Eagles (3-8-1)
  7. Carolina Panthers (4-8)
  8. Atlanta Falcons (4-8)
  9. Miami Dolphins via Houston Texans (4-8)
  10. Denver Broncos (4-8)
  11. Washington Football Team (5-7)
  12. Detroit Lions (5-7)
  13. Chicago Bears (5-7)
  14. San Francisco 49ers (5-7)
  15. Arizona Cardinals (6-6)
  16. New England Patriots (6-6)

The Cardinals with the 15th pick have a spread of guys being mocked to them right now.

Tankathon - Kyle Pitts, TE, Florida

Trevor Sikkema via The Draft Network - Kyle Pitts, TE, Florida

Vinny Iyer via Sporting News - Kwity Paye, Edge, Michigan

Sportsnaut - Gregory Rousseau, Edge, Miami

It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out, but Pitts would help the offense, while Pay and Rousseau are both dynamic edge rushers and the Cardinals need that.

Take a look at the mocks and what would you change?
