Happy Monday one and all.

It is Mock Draft Monday and my buddy Dan Kadar of SB Nation’s Mocking the Draft dropped his newest 2020 NFL Mock Draft.

It is the trade based one and the Arizona Cardinals may not be trading, but they seem to be taking advantage in this draft, at least to Kadar.

8. Arizona Cardinals: Tristan Wirfs, OT, Iowa

If a couple of trades happen in front of them, the Cardinals could get lucky and have their pick of offensive linemen. Wirfs might be a right tackle, but he’s a sensational one. He has the athleticism teams covet and would help keep Kyler Murray upright.

Wirfs is an interesting one.

He is a right tackle, he is a phenomenal athlete according to Bruce Feldman’s Freak List.

The question is, is right tackle the need for the Cardinals and is getting a right tackle at eight worth the investment?

It’ll be interesting because Wirfs or any right tackle at eight will be making about 10x what the Cardinals paid Justin Murray.

However, it would be a long term investment in Wirfs, so you’re not looking at the year one return.

What would you think of Kadar’s draft?
