One year ago the Arizona Cardinals sat with Kliff Kingsbury as their head coach and the rumors of who their next quarterback would be were in their infancy.
They also sat at a win total of 5.5 after their worst season in franchise history.
A year later, after Vegas basically nailed the line, the Cardinals finished 5-10-1, they have improved enough to reset their win total value to 6.5, courtesy of BetOnline (www.BetOnline.ag, Twitter: @betonline_ag).
That’s actually not bad, if we expect the grow timeline to continue to look the same for the Cardinals, going from three to five wins in year one and then five to seven wins in year two would mean they are on the right track and building the right way.
They would be in the mix with five other teams with 6.5 win totals, Carolina, Detroit, Jacksonville and both teams with New York in their name.
They would be above the Bengals, Dolphins and Redskins.
The other NFC West teams win totals this early look like:
Los Angeles Rams 8.5 down from 10 in 2019
San Francisco 49ers 10.5 up from 8 in 2019
Seattle Seahawks 9 up from 8.5 in 2019
It will be interesting how the results change over the next six months heading into the 2020 NFL season.
