The Arizona Cardinals continue to meet virtually with 2020 NFL Draft prospects and the list is easier to keep under wraps.
Until prospects or their agents let us know, we are really in the dark because it is all online.
One name that has come out recently is that of Josh Jones.
Jones is the talented senior from Houston who had a great Senior Bowl week and had some great momentum heading into the 2020 NFL draft process.
Of course as everything else has, things have slowed down, but Jones has been busy and that includes a meeting with the Arizona Cardinals.
Houston LT Josh Jones @JoshJones_23 @UHCougarFB a rising first-round prospect from George Bush HS, has video conferences with Patriots, Texans, 49ers, Colts, Eagles, Rams, Chargers, Cardinals, Bucs, Bears, Ravens, Vikings, Jets, Packers #NFLDraft2020 @seniorbowl @JimNagy_SB

Jones is, in my opinion, the best tackle prospect in this draft. His combination of size, length, athleticism and consistency in getting people blocked is the best in the class.
My buddy Kyle Posey of Niners Nation finally got around to watching Jones and had this to say:
This is the LT you want. I think Jones has the best value at tackle. He screams Terron Armstead 2.0. You’ll see highlight blocks of Jones pancaking guys and snatching souls, but he’s always in position and can sustain blocks. Range. Smooth. Good hands. Player. https://t.co/kTVCXpg4SD

Jones does profile similar to Terron Armstead and would make sense for the Cardinals if they are looking to move back, as has been speculated.
With Jones, you get a player that has gotten better every year in college while dealing with four different offensive line coaches over that time.
It’ll be interesting to see where Jones ends up, but for now he is on the Arizona Cardinals radar.
