STRENGTHS:

Brings everything in that hits his impressive catch radius. High points well on jump balls and addresses the ball well when away from his body. Does not get bullied off the catch point and is reliable in traffic.

CONCERNS:

Slow to accelerate and when that top gear is reached is more of a one speed athlete. Not especially threatening to create consistent separation downfield. Does little to threaten after the catch.

SUMMARY:

As impressive and reliable as he is at the catch point, Higgins does little else to truly threaten outside of that calling card. A middling showing at the Clemson pro day after forgoing combine testing does little to comfort when projecting his upside to develop additional ways to attack a defense.
