It took nearly three hours, but the Arizona Cardinals have made their second pick in the 2020 NFL Draft as they take Josh Jones with the 72nd pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

It is impressive that Jones made it this far down the board as he is one of the best pass protectors in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Jones over the last three seasons with the Houston Cougars has only allowed 18 pressures in 1,282 pass blocking snaps according to Pro Football Focus.

Jones biggest improvement has been in the running game and it's gotten better, despite having four different offensive line coaches in four seasons.

Jones also has a good knowledge of how Kliff Kingsbury's offense coming out of Houston, so he can be a guy who can compete this season to get reps, but could also be a great stash player getting ready for 2021 and beyond.

Jones has the tools to be one of the best offensive linemen taken in this draft, and with Kliff and Sean Kugler could realize that potential sooner rather than later.
