NFL begins to re-open as Arizona Cardinals among first teams back with some personnel at the facility

The NFL is slowly reopening things.

Today the NFL is allowing a number of NFL teams to reopen the training facility, as long as it is 75 or fewer employees.

Today, the Arizona Cardinals are one of four teams today, as they join the Falcons, Texans and Colts.

The Cardinals are doing much less, as they have only essential personnel in the facility.

The opening up is not as big of a deal as it sounds like because who it doesn’t include is coaching staff and healthy players.

Roger Goodell gave the go ahead for all 32 teams as long as it is allowed in the state level, meaning teams in California, New York and Michigan among others still have to wait.

For the Cardinals and the rest of the NFL, right now it is only non-coaching personnel and players rehabbing from injury.

That is phase one, we’ll see when the league gets to phase two.
