Kyler Murray workouts may still be going on

NFL: Arizona Cardinals-Training Camp Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Social media is good and also the dumbest thing ever.

After the NFLPA doctor came out and recommended that NFL players avoid engaging and practicing together in private workouts.

Kyler Murray was planning on hosting a get together for about 20 or so players that involved all the quarterback and skill players, but then the question came up with Dr. Mayer’s posts.

That seemed like it would put the end to everything, but young players and veterans alike seem to be going about it and heading to Dallas to workout with the Arizona Cardinals young signal caller.

From the team site:

Whether it was Chase Edmonds posting a video of eating at a barbecue restaurant in The Colony, Texas (a suburb of Dallas) with Trent Sherfield or both Brett Hundley and Eno Benjamin posting photos from the football field at Allen High School — which Murray attended — it sure seems like at least some of the guys gathered. DeAndre Hopkins had posted a video earlier in the week of him driving into Dallas. A fan had also posted to reddit earlier this week with photos of Christian Kirk, KeeSean Johnson, Darrell Daniels and A.J. Richardson at his place of work in Texas, with Murray signing autographs.

I guess we will see what is really going on soon, but if this was supposed to be kept under-wraps, they didn’t do a good job with it.
