Arizona Cardinals cut Jermiah Braswell after his drunk driving arrest

The Arizona Cardinals don’t usually wait for things to clear up before they act on something.

That is especially true when that player is an undrafted free agent who you haven’t even had on the field.

After it came out that undrafted free agent Jermiah Braswell was arrested for operating a vehicle impaired, the team has placed the undrafted free agent signee on waivers.

This was found in the NFL transaction wire on Monday, that Braswell was placed on waivers, meaning the team has already cut ties.

Braswell was a fringe player at best, so driving his Camaro into the river is not something that the team will be willing to look past.

Instead, they stealthy made the move without announcing or sending out any press release about it.

That’s not surprising, seeing as though Braswell didn’t even make it past the first weekend of being out of virtual workouts.

We’ll see if we hear anything on Braswell later on.
