The Arizona Cardinals made it official on Friday morning that the team has agreed to a one-year contract with veteran NFL cornerback B.W. Webb.

Webb (5-11, 188) is a seven-year NFL veteran who has played in 80 games (35 starts), recording 164 tackles, four interceptions, 27 passes defensed, a sack and a forced fumble in his career. He originally entered the league with Dallas as a fourth-round selection (114th overall) in the 2013 NFL Draft from William & Mary. With the Bengals last season, Webb played in 15 games (12 starts) and had 37 tackles, an interception and seven passes defensed.
Since entering the NFL in 2013, Webb has spent time with Dallas (2013), Pittsburgh (2014), Tennessee (2015), New Orleans (2016), Cleveland (2017), the N.Y. Giants (2018) and Cincinnati (2019).

Webb will be one of several players that gets an opportunity to get some playing time in 2020 with the loss of Robert Alford to injury.
