What happens with Antonio Brown after he has been suspended for the first eight games of the 2020 NFL season remains to be seen.
He has struggled to find a stable home after becoming a continued problem in Pittsburgh with the Steelers, one of the better and more stable organizations in the NFL.
Now, the question of whether he even plays in 2020 is real, but if he does who would want to deal with him?
According to the experts in Vegas, the two teams favored to sign him make a lot of sense, but also could present a problem for the Arizona Cardinals.
From BetOnline (www.BetOnline.ag, Twitter: @betonline_ag).
Will Antonio Brown play any games in 2020?
Yes +110 (11/10)
No -150 (2/3)
Obviously this is the biggest question, will Brown even suit up for an NFL team in 2020? While it is close, the betting experts see it more likely that he does not play than he does.
If he does play, the teams favored to sign him:
Team to sign Antonio Brown in 2020
- Green Bay Packers 2/1
- Seattle Seahawks 5/2
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers 3/1
- Baltimore Ravens 4/1
- Philadelphia Eagles 15/2
- Indianapolis Colts 10/1
- Jacksonville Jaguars 10/1
- Chicago Bears 12/1
- Cincinnati Bengals 15/1
Obviously the Packers make sense as they lack talent after Davante Adams at the wide receiver position and Brown would be an immediate late season upgrade, but the Seahawks being second is concerning.
The Hawks have a very nice receiving corps, but adding a game breaker like Brown may not be the equivalent of the Cardinals adding DeAndre Hopkins, but it would put their top three with Tyler Lockett, D.K. Metcalf and Brown as one of the most dynamic groups in the league.
Especially coming in for the final eight games of the NFL season, it would be a potential game changer for the best division in football and may give the Seahawks enough juice on offense to close the gap on the 49ers.
Would a potential signing of Brown concern you as a Cardinals fan?
