Uncertainty is abound for most teams, but the Arizona Cardinals an their fans are definitely cautiously optimistic heading into 2020.
On this weeks SB Nation Reacts question, we asked if the Arizona Cardinals would be over or under their seven win Las Vegas line, and while a majority had the over, it was not quite as high as you would expect.

I was a bit surprised to see that fans are still uncertain about the potential to win seven games, but seven does feel like the break even for me as well. I think you set the line at 7 beacuse I feel like you’ll have a good chance to push (hit seven on the nose).
As for the national questions, which favorite will not meet expectations?

Bruce Arians and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the team most feel won’t reach their offseason expectations, with the San Francisco 49ers a distant second.
It feels like the non-belief in the Bucs makes sense with the age and new system for Tom Brady.
What about who exceeds expectations?

Wait, Tampa Bay?
That is the belief that Brady is the GOAT (which he is) and will continue to push whatever team he is on to be the best.
Who do you think falls short and who exceeds expectations in 2020?
