With the NFL opt-out deadline only six hours away, all four NFC West teams will have at least one player not taking part in 2020.
That changed after news broke of Marcus Gilbert opting out, as one San Francisco 49ers player also opted out on Tuesday.
Let’s take a look.
- Marcus Gilbert, OT
- Chandler Brewer, OT
- Travis Benjamin, WR
- Chance Warmack, OG
Benjamin and Gilbert both chose on Tuesday to opt-out for 2020, joining Warmack and Brewer who chose to do so last week.
None of these players are glaring losses for any team, but outside of Brewer, all were expected to compete or start at key positions.
I'm not sure who you would say is the biggest loss for any one team and we still have until 4:00 p.m. ET today for more players to join.
We'll see what happens.
