For the first time in 2020 there are questions the Arizona Cardinals need to answer.
They fell flat against an Detroit Lions team that had lost 11 straight games, some of the issues that plagued them in 2019 came up in the game against the Lions.
Now, they go on a three game road trip where they play two really bad teams, while the Dallas Cowboys sit at 1-2 on the season.
They have a chance to show where they are in the development of their team under Kliff Kingsbury.
Kyler Murray struggled at times in the loss to the Lions, in games where Murray had some struggles, he has bounced back. After back-to-back struggles against the New York Giants (in a downpour) and the New Orleans Saints. Then on Thursday Night Football he came out and put up 241 yards two touchdowns and no interceptions, giving the Cardinals an opportunity to win.
Meanwhile, the defense has had issues in responding in games where they gave up leads late.
How will the Cardinals respond? Let’s hope the Cardinals are on the right path and the Lions were just a small bump in the road.
