Notes from the NFC West: San Francisco 49ers lose defensive coordinator, Seattle Seahawks looking for new offensive coordinator and more

We are going into a new week and have two more divisional round matchups before heading into the Championship weekend in the NFL.

However, there is a lot going on in the NFC West and we want to get you caught up on at least two of the teams as most of the Rams stuff will start to come in next week.
