Mauro (6-6, 290) played last week against Houston and had one tackle after being elevated from the practice squad. He was re-signed to Arizona’s practice squad on October 19 after spending training camp with the team. Mauro played in three games (two starts) last season with Arizona and had five tackles and one sack after previously playing 47 games (26 starts) with the Cardinals between 2014-17 when he had 70 tackles (52 solo), two sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. He originally entered the league with Pittsburgh as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2014 from Stanford.

He played 30 games (11 starts) with Arizona in 2018-19 and had a career high 61 tackles (37 solo) in 2019 while collecting 15 special teams tackles. The 28-year Walker was originally drafted by Philadelphia in the seventh round (251st overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft out of Oregon and played 12 games with San Francisco last year.
