What a performance from the Arizona Cardinals.
After the Cardinals fell behind 10-7, they out scored the Los Angeles Rams 30-3, including a completely dominant performance in the second half until the Rams scored a cheap touchdown late and the Arizona Cardinals rolled 37-20.
Kyler Murray and the Cardinals offense was just flat out efficient and effective all day.
Murray finished with 268 yards passing and two touchdowns touchdown passing, and six carries for 39 yards. Another fantastic performance.
Chase Edmonds had 12 carries for 120 yards, while James Conner finished with 18 carries for 50 yards and two touchdowns.
Add in Rondale Moore’s nine rushing yards and the Cardinals finished with 218 yards and two touchdowns on the day.
That is 467 total yards of offense and 37 points against what is one of the better defenses in the NFL.
The Arizona Cardinals defense was on another level today.
They completely put the clamps on the Rams dominant offense, and this game is important.
It shows the Cardinals are not just for real, but they are ready for prime time.
That’s the first win ever against Sean McVay.
Let’s keep it going, Arizona.
