The Arizona Cardinals and the rest of the NFL are into the offseason, now the question is what do they do to keep pace in the NFC West?

Chad Reuter, an NFL.com writer dropped his first three round mock draft of the 2021 NFL Draft season and has the Arizona Cardinals looking to strengthen the offense, while getting an intriguing prospect in round three.

16. Arizona Cardinals - Jaylen Waddle · WR

School: Alabama | Year: Junior

The Cardinals could really use a playmaker to help Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins. Despite Waddle’s explosiveness, his size (5-foot-10, 182 pounds, per school measurements) might keep him from landing within the top dozen picks. (Tavon Austin is the only wideout selected in the top 15 overall picks who measured at 5-foot-10 or shorter at the NFL combine over the past 20 years).

49. Arizona Cardinals

Javonte Williams · RB

School: North Carolina | Year: Junior

79. Arizona Cardinals

Hamilcar Rashed Jr. · Edge rusher

School: Oregon State | Year: Senior (RS)

The Arizona Cardinals would immediately have more on offense with Jaylen Waddle, a potential Tyreek Hill like playmaker, Williams has some Aaron Jones is his game and Rashed is a speed rusher that has room to add bulk and get a little more physical.

This would be, on paper a draft that would give the Cardinals something to get excited about.
