The Arizona Cardinals made a number of in house promotions on Tuesday.

From the team:

Quentin Harris promoted to Vice President of Player Personnel

Adrian Wilson promoted to Vice President of Pro Personnel

Matt Caracciolo promoted to Vice President Football Operations & Facilities

Dru Grigson promoted to Director of Player Personnel

Andrew Caskin promoted to Pro Scout

Harris has worked as the team’s Director of Player Personnel the past two years after being promoted in 2019. Prior to that, he spent six years (2013-18) at the Cardinals Director of Pro Scouting after working as the team’s Assistant Pro Personnel Director. Harris is entering his 14th season with Arizona’s scouting department after joining the club as a pro scout in 2008. He played four seasons at safety with the Cardinals (2002-05) after joining the team as an undrafted rookie free agent from Syracuse.

A member of the Cardinals Ring of Honor, Wilson joined Arizona’s scouting department following his retirement from the NFL in 2015. He spent the past two years as the team’s Director of Pro Scouting after assisting with both the Cardinals pro and college scouting departments during his first four years as a scout. A five-time Pro Bowl selection and three-time All-Pro (2006, 2008-09), Wilson played 12 seasons (2001-12) with the Cardinals and was a five-time team captain. He originally joined the Cardinals as a third-round pick in the 2001 NFL Draft out of N.C. State.

Entering his 10th year with the Cardinals and 19th in the NFL, Caracciolo manages day-to-day football and facility operations, including training camp, budgets, football rules compliance and team travel. He initially joined the Cardinals in 2012 as Football Operations coordinator after spending seven seasons in a similar role with the New England Patriots and two with the Miami Dolphins. He received his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College and master’s from Syracuse University.

Grigson has been the Cardinals Assistant Director of Player Personnel the past two years following six seasons (2013-18) as the team’s Director of College Scouting. He is entering his 14th year with the Cardinals after originally starting as an area scout in 2008. Grigson was promoted to a regional scout in charge of the Eastern half of the country in 2010 and spent three years in that role prior to being named Director of College Scouting in 2013.

Caskin has worked as a scouting assistant for the Cardinals the past two years after joining the team in 2019. A tight end at William & Mary, Caskin was a three-time all-conference selection and was a semifinalist in 2017 for the Campbell Trophy given to the college football player with the best combination of academics, community service and on field performance.

Congratulations to all involved.
