Happy Friday one and all.
The Arizona Cardinals and the rest of the NFL are trying to catch the Kansas City Chiefs. Sure, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are there too, but the Chiefs right now are the standard everyone is looking to achieve to.
So, let’s get them there with a Friday funday 2021 NFL Mock Draft, using the Pro Football Focus Mock Draft Simulator.
16. Arizona Cardinals trade with Jacksonville Jaguars for 25th pick and 46th pick in 2021 NFL Draft.
25. Christian Darrisaw, OT - Virginia Tech
46. Tyson Campbell, CB - Georgia
48. Alim McNeill, DT - North Carolina State
79. Terrace Marshall Jr., WR - LSU
Was not sure what this would look like when I took the trade offer, but I have to say the way things worked out I wouldn’t change much.
You get Darrisaw, a people mover who looks like he could be a dominant force on the offensive line.
Campbell is a Marlon Humphrey type at corner and gives the Cardinals a long, lean and aggressive athlete outside.
I have talked about McNeill before, he may be my draft crush this season.
Marshall is the forgotten man from LSU's historic run in 2019. He was a true sophomore when he put up 13 touchdown receptions on only 46 receptions.
He failed to follow that up though, I mean in only seven games he had 48 catches for 731 yards and 10 touchdowns.
I like the way this lines up.
What do you think?
