2021 NFL Free Agency: Best remaining fits for the Arizona Cardinals

As the NFL free agency period heads into day three, the Arizona Cardinals have been active in not only veteran signings, but bringing back their own free agents.

With that in mind, let’s take a look at some of the best fits still for the Arizona Cardinals.

Tier 1 Free Agents

Adoree’ Jackson, CB - Maybe the best corner on the market, Jackson has played well and could be a great fit for the team as the new leader in the cornerback room.

Richard Sherman, CB - The Cardinals desperately need cornerback help and Sherman can still play in the right scheme.

Tier 2 Free Agents

Jadeveon Clowney, Edge - Clowney has struggled the last couple of season, so maybe he’s not the same guy. However, in the right attacking defense, maybe under Vance Joseph he could be a nice fit.

Malcolm Butler, CB - Another veteran looking for one more Super Bowl chance, Butler would give the Cardinals a veteran corner who can still play.

Xavier Rhodes, CB - Rhodes played well last year for the Indianapolis Colts, and the veteran could fit in with the two-year window the Cardinals are building.

Tier 3 Free Agents

Bashaud Breeland, CB - Breeland could be a nice fit as a starter who the Cardinals will look to upgrade from, but gives the team a veteran who has been successful.

Gareon Conley, CB - If the Cardinals want to use man coverage, the Conley could be the best fit out of all the players.
