Arizona Cardinals among teams interested in Adoree' Jackson per report

We know the needs of the Arizona Cardinals. In fact, it is beyond obvious that the Cardinals need help at the cornerback position.

There are conflicting reports on what the Arizona Cardinals are going to do at the corner position with local reporter John Gambodoro intimating the Cardinals won’t be pursuing an expensive corner in free agency, instead looking to load up on veteran minimum guys like Robert Alford.

Now, there is a new report that the Cardinals may be interested in one of the top corners on the market in Adoree’ Jackson.

While it seems like the Cardinals would be a longshot at best to fit Jackson into their salary cap in 2021, they are good at getting creative and there really hasn’t been too many big deals this offseason outside of the offensive line.

So, maybe Jackson is looking for a short-term deal that would allow him to cash in in the 2022 offseason like so many other players are doing.

If the Cardinals were able to bring in Jackson, it would probably be the most important positional signing of the offseason with only the trade for Rodney Hudson trumping it as an acquisition. Not because Jackson is a superior player to a J.J. Watt, but instead because the cornerback position is so bad for the Cardinals right now.

What do you think?
