Beautifully written, heart-felt farewell by Patrick Peterson.
With some nice surprises like Carson Palmer being his all-time favorite teammate and how fond he was of the fantastic ladies in the cafeteria who made sure that “cheat day” on Friday would be, by his special request, Popeye’e chicken!
Yet, also, some curious omissions when it came to thanking people in the FO, coaches or former teammates.
It’s a completing read!

Your thoughts and reflections?
One thought I have been thinking of a lot recently is how historically significant it is for Pat and his family to be moving to Minnesota at this precarious, but critically important time. Pat’s humanity and his family’s love for community could make a big impact in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Interesting too that Pat’s in Minnesota when for years people have wondered if Larry would want to return to his hometown roots.
