Should the Arizona Cardinals be interested in Giovani Bernard?

With the way the 2021 NFL offseason has gone, the Arizona Cardinals have done a really nice job of addressing a number of their needs.

One need they have not done anything with yet is running back and a quality veteran backup has just become available.

The Cincinnati Bengals have decided to part ways with Giovani Bernard and the veteran could be a potential fit for what the Arizona Cardinals need.

They have discussed in so many words that they believe in Chase Edmonds as the potential lead back of the team, if that is even remotely true, then a backup like Bernard would be a nice fit to round out the running back room, while still giving the team the flexibility in the draft.

Bernard has never been a lead back, but he has been able to produce whenever called upon the Bengals.

Would Gio Bernard be a fit for the Arizona Cardinals?
