While we piece together the rest of the 2021 schedule for the Arizona Cardinals throughout the day one thing we know for sure is who they will open up the 2021 NFL Season against… the Tennessee Titans.
The Arizona Cardinals will travel to Tennessee to take on the Titans as part of the CBS week one slate of games.
This is a bit unique for the Cardinals as they rarely open up on the road against the AFC. In fact this will be the first time the Cardinals are doing so since 1997 when they played against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The game offers plenty of intriguing storylines, starting with the return to Tennessee for Malcolm Butler.
The game also features two of the best players from the 2019 NFL Draft class in Kyler Murray and A.J. Brown who finished first and third in NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year voting that year.
Of course, the biggest storyline for the Arizona Cardinals will be trying to stop the tour de force known as Derrick Henry.
It is exciting to just get the first one out of the way this morning, as the Arizona Cardinals will kickoff the 2021 NFL season against the Tennessee Titans.
