The Arizona Cardinals may not be the lead in the clubhouse for Julio Jones, but the All Pro wide receiver could still impact the team.
According to ESPN, the Atlanta Falcons and Seattle Seahawks have had discussions about a potential Jones move.
The Falcons continue to field calls from teams interested in trading for Julio Jones. The Seahawks have had discussions about a possible trade with Atlanta, per sources. In fact, QB Russell Wilson & Julio Jones have spoken to discuss the possibility of playing together.

Any trade involving Jones likely won’t be made until after June 1. If Atlanta cuts the seven-time Pro Bowler before June 1, it will have more than $40 million in dead money on the books for next season. If the Falcons cut or trade Jones after June 1, the dead money drops by a substantial amount to just $7.75 million, and they would save $15.3 million under the cap.
It is doubtful the Falcons will cut the All Pro receiver, but their asking price is high and whether or not the Seahawks can pay it is the question.
The Falcons allegedly want a first round pick for the wide receiver and that would makes things difficult for the Seahawks as they don’t have a first. Neither do the San Francisco 49ers or Los Angeles Rams.
Now the question is, do the Cardinals join that group?
Does Julio Jones going to Los Angeles, Seattle or San Francisco worry you?
