It is imperative for the Arizona Cardinals to stay healthy this year if they are going to compete in the NFC West.
While it is early, they were able to get through mini-camps without any issues thus far.
From Kliff Kingsbury:
“(Our) health seems really good,” head coach Kliff Kingsbury said. “A couple of guys still coming off injuries from the fall but we got out of these couple of weeks clean and so that’s a real positive.
“I felt like guys were healthy. We had some good work but we were able to avoid any of that stuff.”
The big one right now is Dennis Gardeck, who tore his ACL late in the season and is likely not going to be ready until October(ish).
Meanwhile, we assume that Chandler Jones is healthy, but without him being out there we are not completely sure where in the 100% scale he is out.
This is also why it is smart for both the Cardinals and Jones to not be at offseason camp, something Jess and I talk about on the podcast you can listen too.
