There's the corresponding move to get Reggie Walker on the roster.
This would be the second time this summer Pugh is placed on this list and he is now expected to miss the Friday preseason game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
It is unclear whether he tested positive for the virus or if he came in close contact with someone that has it. The first time around, Pugh was a high-risk contact. More updates will come later.
Sean Harlow is currently listed as the second-string left guard according to the Arizona Cardinals depth chart and could draw the start. However, Max Garcia or Justin Murray are the more likely options to fill in for Pugh.
With a roster spot available due to this transaction, the Cardinals re-signed linebacker Reggie Walker. The undrafted free agent out of Kansas State was waived on Monday to make space for the Bryson Young signing.
Walker was on the Cardinals’ practice squad for most of 2020 and was active for one regular season game. He played 20 total snaps in last week’s preseason opening win against the Dallas Cowboys.
