Dunbar is a veteran who has spent five seasons with the Washington Football Team and one season with the Seattle Seahawks.
He has performed at a high level a couple of times in his career, to the point that PFF ranked him as the fifth best cornerback in the NFL in 2019.
The issue for Dunbar has been one simple thing, health.
Dunbar has consistently missed games, especially when he began starting.
Dunbar played in seven games in 2018, starting six of them. That was all he played, ending the season on IR.
In 2019, Dunbar started 11 games, missing five games and ending the season on the IR.
Dunbar playing with Seahawks after legal trouble all offseason in 2020, only played six games and ended on the IR.
He needs to stay healthy, but if he is he has played well.
Welcome to the desert, Quinton Dunbar.
